By receiving email notifications I understand that

• I am responsible for including a receipt or account number with my payment, to be received in the office on or before the due date.

• It is my responsibility to notify Southern Iowa Rural Water Association (SIRWA) of any changes to my email address. 

• SIRWA reserves the right to utilize my email address or written communication as a means of communication to collect any unpaid bills or past due bills. 

• SIRWA reserves the right to utilize the email address provided as a means of communication for any purposes within the scope of our business, ie: newsletters.   SIRWA will keep private all email addresses; we do not sell, share or distribute any email addresses for any use outside of our business.

• A confirmation email will be sent to the email provided once your account has been set up for paperless billing, if you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 – 7 business days, please call our office at 641-782-5744
